ocrfeeder software package provides Document layout analysis and optical character recognition system, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ocrfeeder
ocrfeeder is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ocrfeeder package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ocrfeeder *
You will get with ocrfeeder package name, version, architecture and description in a table
